A boom from John Mast is always manufactured after all the rules of engagement. We deliver a  product of a very high quality built on our own aluminium profiles with brackets that last all the way. We can deliver booms up to 8 metres length. Have a look at our profile overview if you want to know more about the profiles themself.
Are you about to invest in a new boom we will of course be more than happy to help you select the right profile. When the profile has been chosen, the booms equipment are to be picked. Do you want Lazy Jack brackets and which reefing system are to be used, these are the things to be determined.
By default our booms are delivered as nature anodized, but if you want a surfing orange boom we can probably figure that one out too.
If you ordre a boom at John Mast we need som information. Most important is the E-measure which is the distance from aft the mast-profile to the tape marker on the boom. In many cases we also need to know the placement and hole size on the rodkicker bracket, and the forkheight and bolt dimension on the mast/bom bracket. We will go through this before the boom is manufactured.
You are of course very welcome to contact us for further information. If your new boom replaces and old one its always a good idea to send us some pictures of the existing boom. It can be tremendiously helpfull when determining how to build the new boom.
